One pound steamed & served in our homemade clam broth


Shrimp Cocktail
Five large shrimp served with our zesty cocktail sauce and lemon wedge

Sautéed Mushrooms
Sixteen ounces fresh mushrooms sautéed with garlic, butter and wine, topped with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley

Skewered Chicken or Beef Sticks
Two skewers marinated in our old-fashioned teriyaki sauce and broiled

Dinners
All entrees include steamed white rice, seasonal mixed green salad with house red French dressing, warm roll and butter. No substitutions. All steaks aged USDA “Choice” grade of in-house cuts, lightly seasoned, cooked to order and broiled to your liking

Twelve ounce broiled

Islander favorite! Twelve ounce marinated in our old-fashioned teriyaki sauce and broiled

The classic! Twelve ounce and broiled

Rib Eye
Our most flavored steak! Twelve ounce and broiled

Nine ounce, broiled, and topped with sautéed mushrooms

Prime Rib (while it lasts)
Choice beef slowly roasted the old-fashioned way to seal in natural juices and ensure tenderness, hand-carved to order, served with blended horseradish sauce and au jus

Split Broiler
Twelve ounce chicken marinated in our old-fashioned teriyaki sauce and broiled with a slice of Hawaiian pineapple
